General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related area
  • At least 7 years of recruitment experience (white collar)
  • Good level of English
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • Experienced in team management
  • Possessing new generation leadership skills
  • Giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills
  • Adaptable to change quickly
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach


Job Description:

  • Establishment of recruitment processes, creation and continuous improvement of systems,
  • Supporting the development of his team and establishing control mechanisms,
  • To create and implement the necessary actions in order to become an employer brand,
  • Ensuring and controlling the preparation of the reports used in the recruitment processes within the specified times,
  • Improving the recruitment processes and adapting the team to new processes,
  • Carrying out studies for the development of recruitment tools,
  • Ensuring the concurrent execution of all processes managed with an annual premium setup within the scope of talent acquisition at all locations,
  • Ensuring the correct definition of the internal customer's expectations and managing the internal customer in order to ensure interdepartmental coordination,
  • Developing projects to improve recruitment processes,
  • Creating competency sets that should be questioned in recruitment processes, taking into account the company's values,
  • Determining the right Human Resources software systems in line with the needs of the department and ensuring that studies are carried out for the digitization of processes,
  • Establishing and ensuring the correct execution of promotion and job change processes,
  • Establishing and developing assessment center processes,
  • Establishing the annual recruitment budget and monitoring the compliance with the budget throughout the year,
  • Checking incoming recruitment requests in accordance with the annual headcount plan created.
