Job Descriptions
· Manage the recruitment process including shortlisting, interviews, references, salary negotiations and the on-boarding process,
· Perform skill-based interviews with position requirements and competencies,
· Develop and maintain a candidate database,
· Candidate sourcing, including internet and offline database searches,
· Prepare and publish job advertisements via career portals,
· Managing and organizing interview schedule for each step of the recruitment process,
· Check candidate’s references with their previous company,
· Taking an active role in system entries and reporting.
Qualifications
· Min. 3 years experience as an IT Recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency ),
· Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing,
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
· Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.
