We are looking for an IT Recruiter teammate to work within the Human Resources Department of our company, which has been growing rapidly since 2005 and offers web-based software, design and desktop software solutions to more than +14000 businesses in the field of E-Commerce.
Job Description
• Be in contact with managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences of the positions,
• Develop and maintain a candidate database,
• Source and attract candidates through portals and social media,
• Prepare and publish job advertisements via career portals,
• Conduct phone interviews and organizing interview plans with the team,
• Screen and filter resumes,
• Conduct reference checks,
• Manage job offers processes,
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills,
• Act as a point of contact and build relationships during the recruitment process,
• Support other positions when needed.
Qualifications
• University degree in related fields,
• 2+ years experience as an IT Recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency),
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
• Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
