QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

-Secure sufficient and qualitative staffing in consultation with the HR Head of the Territory

- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment

process (from entry to exit and all in between).

- Orientating new employees (induction/onboarding process) and training existing

employees.

- Monitoring employee performance (executing Appraisal and Development Campaign).

- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees (including sick-leave management)

- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.

- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

- Contact external providers of employment benefits such as pension insurance and

disability insurance.

- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and

digital format (GDPR compliance).

- Involved in preparatory works for Budget and Reforecast.

- Involved in execution of Act For Good (CSR) and D&I policy.

- Monthly reporting HR KPIs to HR Head of Territory and HQ.

- Preparation of Annual Report HR KPIs

- Execution of Comp & Ben package (including car fleet management)

- Direct contact for employees and managers for day-to-day HR topics

- Execution of the Training Plan

- Maintaining the HR Intranet and general information storage/availability to employees

- Participating in HR Group Projects with HR Head of Territory.

Qualifications

-Relevant Bachelor/Master's degree in HR or related

- 3-5 years of experience

- Communicative skills

- Discreet

- Proficient in English
