· 5 years of experience in HR management
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
· Knowledge of Labor law, disciplinary management and dismissal procedures.

· Conducting the activities that impacts employee experience and employer branding
· Coordinate related process and lifecycle including job description, audits, interviews, offers, orientations and onboarding,
· Responsible for performance management process,
