QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HR MANAGER FOR SYNEVO TURKEY – ROLE PROFILE

HR function provides comprehensive HR services which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.

The HR coordinator/ manager can expect their role to be hands-on and will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations, to support the day to day business and the delivery of strategic objectives, and mostly to have strong competencies in areas like: recruitment & selection/ learning & development of people/ organizational culture and structure/ payroll, comp& ben.

BASIC PURPOSE:

• Leads the Human Resources Function for Diagnostic Services, Turkey, at operational level (first, mandatory) and strategic (second, optional – or as basis for further development).

• Actively contributes to the development of the company strategy, high performance, constructive company culture and a people centric organization, through originating and leading the Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company, in order to ensure the achievement of the company business objectives, in line with Medicover values and principles.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

In cooperation with the Management Team, ensures the development of the recruitment and selection strategy and the implementation of the recruitment plans and practices nationally, in order to provide an adequate supply of suitable people to support the company culture and business performance.

• Managing end to end recruitment processes

• Provide knowledge on recruitment and selection strategies.

• Participating along with HR Specialist to different employer branding projects and Corporate Social Responsibility projects/ partnerships with Universities to attract new medical talents, internships programs, etc

2. LABOR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES/ EMPLOYMENT

• Ensure that work environment practices are in line with labor legislation and that there is a consistent and fair application of company policies and procedures.

• Develop policies and practices in line with employment legislation in Turkey and lead implementation to ensure that the company is in step with legal requirements and changes.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of HR advice to the management, in line with local laws and with the company policies.

• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and shares best practice with them.

• Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.

• Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.

3. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Drive the company compensation and benefits related pay. Provide leadership in establishing the strategy and its implementation

• Supervise the payroll and admin activities, Coordinates them through the designated, responsible personnel from HR/Accounting department.

• Develop and ensure implementation and use on an outgoing basis of all company rewarding programs to provide genuinely fair beneficial and motivational tools to assist the company to achieve its objectives, monitor their effectiveness and introduce changes as needed.

• Delivering monthly reports and taking part in preparing the HR budget;

• Support change management processes.

4. ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Drive the performance management, the learning and development processes and the related activities, that best support people growth, in order to boost Medicover organizational culture development and transformation.

• Ensure that Employee Opinion Surveys are carried out, internally communicated and co-ordinate the work of issuing and implementing the country action plans following the surveys

• Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.

• Defining training needs and maintaining the relationship with training providers;

• Implement learning and development policy.

• Manage talent and succession planning.

• Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.

5. PLANNING and ADMINSTRATION

• Ensure that an effective administrative process is adopted for all HR activities, including the provision of reports and data and an effective record any filling system.

• Ensure that personnel, recruitment, learning etc plans, budgets and forecasts are managed, as required.

• Coordinate, Develop, Motivate the HR people.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from the departments of Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering,

• Proven HR generalist & recruiting experience more than 5 years is expected.

• Preferably with MBA

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills (active listening, empathy, objectivity, assertiveness) is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.

• Conducted project leadership in the field of human resources,

• HR coordinator/ manager should be proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with all organizational levels and third parties

• An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.

• Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.

• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints

• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) programs,

• A CIPD qualification is recommended (at least, to have a plan in this direction).
