We are operating in 29 countries and exporting into more than 100 countries including the USA, Mexico, Canada, Romania, Germany, Poland.


Responsible for managing all HR functions, setting the policies and develop & drive a solid Performance and Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Branding strategy for the Farmasi Group, this person will report directly to Global Director of People & Culture.


Main Responsibilities

·Build and maintain positive relationship with employees and management teams,

·Act as a consultant for HR Business Partners and line managers in terms of HR practices,

·Ensure integrated end to end HR services in the areas of talent acquisition, employee retention, learning & development, employee relations & performance management,

·Execute best practice HR implementations and systems,

·Meet external & internal recruitment targets in cooperation with the business line,

·Design compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with corporate culture and values,

·Provide guidance to business lines, workforce planning and also succession planning

·Coordinate and follow up the HR budget,

·Career path design for employees.


Skills and Experience


·Minimum 7 years in HR and having min 5 years as a HR Business Partner

·University Degree (Master Degree is a plus)

·Manufacturing and Industrial Relations experience (preferably FMCG sector)

·Knowledge of HR systems and databases

·Solid experience as a HR Generalist in terms of HR functions (recruitment, performance etc)

·Relevant experience in global compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition programs management

·Fluent in English

·Excellent communication and presentation skills

·Has good knowledge of labor law
