We are looking for a Head of HR. If you'd like to help us contributing to this success, this is your chance to make history. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team.
The position reports to General Manager and is based in Istanbul European Side.
Job Description
- Creating skillful, professional, and effective leadership and vision to the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of the company’s HR programs, plans, policies, and operations including the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Supporting management by providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel
- Main responsibilities include; Organizational design and development,Compensation and benefits administration,Performance management and improvement systems,Employee orientation and training,Leadership development program and succession planning.
Qualifications
- University degree, fluency in English is a must.
- Experience in planning and managing organization wide HR operations, min 5 years of executive level experience,
- Hands-on approach
- Managing sustainable growth as well as re-structuring of the organization whenever it's required;
- Working closely with other departments in order to understand organizational needs and create required action plans
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR operations and best practices, experience in areas such as; organizational behavior, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee development.
- Strategic and operational problem solving and analytical ability including data analysis, financial and budget management.
- Professional experience leading enterprise wide organizational development and design initiatives.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work and lead collaboratively.
