• To support the management of all Human Resources processes,
• To follow the recruitment process in line with the recruitment procedure,
• To support as a point of contact for all new recruiting inquiries.
• Taking an active role in payroll and personnel processes,
• To support employee loyalty and satisfaction studies,
• Providing employee support for basic questions and general issues related to company/employee policies,
• Bachelor’s degree in related field,
• Min. 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Open to change and development, prone to teamwork,
• Having the ability to analyze and report and produce creative solutions,
• Result oriented and highly persuasive,
• High planning and organizational skills
