As an HR Specialist, you will play an important role in prompting customer service for employee issues and ensuring all regular and project work is completed on a timely basis with a minimum of errors. In the context of your job, you will report to HRBP in HR Department and the role is based on a 1 year definite contract.

In this role you will;

  • Audit and analyze data, as well as propose methods for continuous improvement on company monthly/quarterly HR scorecards
  • Prepare corporate reports and metrics as requested, organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Support budgeting & reporting cycles including absenteeism, FTE&HMO, people cost
  • Coordinate D2D (Design to Delivery) specific communication agenda at all plants & HQ, derive insights, present to the HR leaders and follow the action plan throughout the year
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, policies, restrictions, practices, payroll administration rules, and HR paperwork handling procedures
  • Support overall new hire onboarding/orientation efforts as needed and actively educate employees on benefits available to them
  • Assist employees with benefit issues, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Oversee the offboarding process including exit interviews record keeping
  • Participate in projects as assigned that support broader corporate human resources programs initiated by COEs
  • Under the leadership of the D2D HQ HRBPs, be a vital source of human resources information, answer any questions employees may have


To be able to successful in the role, you need to have/be;

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or any Engineering department of the faculties
  • 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources role
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance and best practices
  • Critical thinking skills and logic-based problem solving
  • Proficient in MS Office (good at Excel)
  • English proficiency both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
