QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Social Science)

· Minimum 3 years level experience, preferably in the retail sector,

· Experience in project management,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,

· Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills,

· Highly effective organization, planning, strong communication and time management skills,


Job Description:

· Supports and delivers people development, performance management, and succession planning strategies to build store employee’s skills, knowledge and competency to deliver future organizational capability,

· Prepares talent and performance system infrastructure closely follows up performance development plans,

· Preparing & developing HR documentation (processes and policies through procedures),

· Own, plan, and deliver defined projects within the Organizational Development team,

· Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customized HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business,

· Manages field promotion request management system,

· Takes significant part in exit processes,

· Manages disciplinary processes of store personnel,

· Prepares personnel turnover and other ad-hoc reports and develop action plans at relevant points,

· Supports seniority awarding processes of store staff,

· Works closely with both sides to build strong relations and communication between stores and business units as a business partner.
