Job Description
• To prepare, perform, report and follow up the trainings by following the development and updates of the CRM system used by the employees,
• Managing the training development needs analysis process, realizing the program designs,
• Taking development and improvement actions according to the needs revealed at the end of the training,
• Organizing the training in the relevant periods in parallel with the training plan,
• Realization and follow-up of the orientation program,
• Having worked or working in the human resources department
General Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Preferably Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication and Psychology)
• Having at least 2 years of experience in the Education departments of Human Resources or Education Consultancy companies
• Providing education, designing education,
• Able to use alternative education and learning channels,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Strong communication and presentation skills, advanced organizational, follow-up and coordination skills
• High technology skills
• Constantly learning and developing, following innovations,
• Prone to teamwork
• He has completed their military service for male candidates
• Fluent in English and able to teach in English.
