GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist for our Human Resources Department.
- Bachelor degree from related departments,
- Strong knowledge and application of learning principles,
- Experience with training design and development, talent management and development,
- Experience in SAP SF tool is an asset,
- Having project management experience,
- Good communication skills in English,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Customer oriented,
- Support open communication and feedback culture,
- Open to change and innovation.
Job Description:
- Identify learning and development needs throughsurveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers in HQ,
- Plan and organize learning & development programs aligned with organizational needs and targets,
- Apply best fit learning principles to design and develop training needs of the audience and content (online, classroom, or mix learning methods),
- Manage and follow up company internal trainers pool,
- Track and measure learning&development metrics (training activity, attendance and program effectiveness, budget realization etc.),
- Manage and develop local and global LMS platform as key user,
- Manage and actively participate in local and global projects as need arise
