Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in learning & development function
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Competent in reporting
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented, team focused and a quick problem solver
  • Continuous improvement and innovative mindset
  • Open to change and development
  • Eager to learn and follow trends
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal development
  • Familiarity to interactive and online training tools
  • Know-how on adult learning
  • Having used SAP in previous experience.

Job Descriptions

  • Design innovative and creative learning & development projects by following sectoral and global trends
  • Coordinate and manage cross functional development projects by working closely with HRBPs
  • Establish, develop, and manage the learning management system (LMS)
  • Take part in and manages internal & external audit processes on behalf of the L&D group
  • Design and execute reskilling and upskilling development programs
  • Develop digital orientation programs and ensure best execution
  • Coordinate internal trainers pool, provides supports as necessary, track the process
  • Follow up new digital learning trends & have experience in implementing digital learning platforms
  • Know and understand the overall company purpose and commercial strategy
  • Connect with internal trainers and external resources (vendors) to understand trends, expectations and come up with the best match annual functional L&D plans
  • Follow up new digital learning trends & platforms and opens the way to utilize the best options
