At least 3 years of experience in learning & development function
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Competent in reporting

Design innovative and creative learning & development projects by following sectoral and global trends
Coordinate and manage cross functional development projects by working closely with HRBPs
Establish, develop, and manage the learning management system (LMS)
Take part in and manages internal & external audit processes on behalf of the L&D group
Design and execute reskilling and upskilling development programs
Develop digital orientation programs and ensure best execution
Coordinate internal trainers pool, provides supports as necessary, track the process
Follow up new digital learning trends & have experience in implementing digital learning platforms
Know and understand the overall company purpose and commercial strategy
Connect with internal trainers and external resources (vendors) to understand trends, expectations and come up with the best match annual functional L&D plans
