We are looking for “Learning&Development Design Manager” who will be a part of Gürok Academy.
Who we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience especially in designing and leading talent development programs, learning solutions,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Knowledge of Success Factors LMS is a plus,
- High result orientation,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Improving talent management process through designing, developing and deploying technical/ behavioral competency-based programs for diverse personas in line with company priorities and functional needs,
- Identifying organizational learning & development needs and developing state-of-the-art learning and development solutions by using new learning and development tools, technologies, and trends,
- Developing suggestions for training and development processes that will transform Gürok Holding values ??into corporate culture,
- Planning and monitoring the annual Gürok Academy budget for the training programs,
- Proactively work with global and local HR community and provide consultancy on global and regional needs,
- Improving digital learning experience through LMS platforms,
- Following up technological and HR trends and integrating them to process & program designs,
- Building partnerships with trainers/consultants and developing strong and sustainable relations with suppliers.
