QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Team in Istanbul. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;

  • University degree in related fields,
  • At least 4 years experience in HR, experience in learning management systems
  • Advanced level of both written & spoken English,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills,
  • Detailed and result oriented,
  • Continuous improvement and innovative mindset,
  • Open to change and development,

Job Description:

  • Identify business and individual development needs by partnering with business leaders across the organization,
  • Define a learning strategy, programs and contents for the identified development needs,
  • Plan and organize training programs in compliance with organizational needs, targets & skills and capabilities required to embed Mazars Denge culture,
  • Design innovative and creative learning & development projects by following sectoral and global trends,
  • Manage internal training programs such as identifying and developing internal trainers, organising internal trainings,
  • Establish, develop, and manage the learning management system.
  • Accountable for regular evaluation of learning and development initiatives and reporting; providing on-time insights.
  • Carrying out the communication and organization of external trainings with provider companies.
  • Supporting other Human Resources projects when needed.
