Job description:

  • Manage HR programs related to training & talent development.

  • Organize, follow up and report the yearly training plans.

  • Generate data & analytics related to training targets and prepare ad-hoc training reports.

  • Manage training and talent development projects and related digitization processes.

  • Develop training procedure manuals, guides, content and course materials aligned with the global talent management team.

  • Execute records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

  • Participate in global HR training and talent development activities.

  • Manage talent mapping, retention and succession planning processes.

  • Lead career development activities for professional growth.

  • Lead other HR programs such as recruitment, on boarding, performance management and organizational design.

  • Support all other HR related projects.
