Job description:
Manage HR programs related to training & talent development.
Organize, follow up and report the yearly training plans.
Generate data & analytics related to training targets and prepare ad-hoc training reports.
Manage training and talent development projects and related digitization processes.
Develop training procedure manuals, guides, content and course materials aligned with the global talent management team.
Execute records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Participate in global HR training and talent development activities.
Manage talent mapping, retention and succession planning processes.
Lead career development activities for professional growth.
Lead other HR programs such as recruitment, on boarding, performance management and organizational design.
Support all other HR related projects.
