Training Manager:

Training manager is the main responsible of trainings. He is going to deliver Honor HQ Training Strategy to the field and manage all Trainiers according to Honor Training Manager’s guidance. Ultimate goal is to create brand ambassadors thru deploying Honor Experience to the FSM and Honor promoters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· To prepare training and development projects.

· Organize product and sales trainings for F/F and FSMs who work at Honor's sales channels.

· To deliver training and business development projects of HQ

· To provide support for the adaptation and implementation of training and business development projects

throughout Turkey.

· Provide the fastest access to the information of the training team

· To determine the most suitable training methods and to provide

· Content development to improve the quality of the classroom and face to face training

· Ensure efficient use of training time

· Follow improvement of personnel who have training in the direction of soft skill programmes.

· To create promoter grading system in order to allocate training resource in the most efficient way

· To find the best way to create "Brand Ambassador" at the Honor's sales channels

· To share field actions with instant or weekly conference meetings

· To receive training actions to be taken in response to competitors' sales actions.

· To report and evaluating trainings.

KPI Units:

l Training Efficiency

Test results (call-check & mystery shopper in the future). Develop online training tools (liase with HQ teams) to maximize training efficiency

l Training materials Development

All necessary training materials, related to product launching, localization completed in time.

l Training Plan Completion Rate

Training target completion rate of each channel, roles (FF, promoter etc) including all training activities. This KPI will be in accordance for off/online trainings.

l Target realization of promoter and non-promoter stores
