Manages and coordinates hotel associates' training programs using knowledge of principles and methods, instruction of individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness.
İŞ TANIMI
University degree from Tourism and Hotel Management, Business, Education and other related fields
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an international chain hotel in a similar position
Excellent leadership and management skills
Being knowledgeable about human resources legal procedures
Being knowledgeable about preparation of departmental training budget
Good command of spoken and written English
Good command of MS Office applications
Strong social and communication skills
Positive
Presentable
Team work oriented
Preferably located in Asian Side of Istanbul
No military obligation for male candidates
