These are your detailed responsibilities:

· Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

· Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.

· Understand our notebook customers’ needs for HONOR products and maintain customer satisfaction.

· Maintain and develop Channel Partner engagement and develop new and alternative channels. Increase e-business and channel breadth.

· Prepare and execute sales and profitability forecasts for Turkey

· Manage, motivate and develop our sales team to overachieve sales and profitability targets.

· Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.

· Set strategic online sales plans and execute them in alignment with our Marketing Team.

· Closely collaborate with all local and international HONOR Business Units.

· Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally

Organization


You will report to our General Manager and manage online sales department of Turkey. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in notebook industrial as online sales or product lead.

· Know how to make business in PC or electricity products industrial and can show successful case as main responsibility.

· Maintain good connection with chain, distributor and Alliance Partners.

· Proven experience in managing and leading teams.

· Ability to be a team player, collaborating with local and international colleagues.

· High presentation and representation skills.

· Proven track record in developing channel partners and initiating new businesses in new and alternative channels.

· Minimum bachelor’s degrees at IT or sales fields

· Fluently English as work Language
