Job Description:
• Performing learning needs analysis using established processes, tools and templates.
• Manage to elaboration of Annual Learning & Development Plan
• Follows up on Learning &Development finances and budgets
• Promotes and contributes to embedding learning culture in collaboration with country HR function and aligned with HR to have the alignment from all relevant stakeholders
• Reports out on the learning progress with client(s) to Regional Learning partner based on business and learning specific data
• Implements the Learning & Development delivery cycle, leverages multiple resources and works with different partners in the company and 3rd party vendors
• Collects feedback from client groups on learning impact and suggests improvements
• Contributes to local, regional and Enterprise Learning & Development projects delivery/implementation according to scope and schedule
• Analyzes local business metrics and KPI’s to understand and propose actions upon business trends
• Facilitates completion of required tools and templates thoroughly and ensures they meet the standards of excellence outlined by the governance model;
• Ensures locally adherence to Learning &Development related processes, standards, governance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines and MBA with HR focus or Master of Human Resources preferred
• At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources and specifically in Training Management in a multinational organization
• Very good command of English both verbally and written,
• High capability of MS Office programs
• Ability to work under a busy agenda and manage a large number of projects with perfect accuracy,
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with a high proactive approach
