Job Description
• To redesign the content coming from abroad in accordance with the practices in Turkey.
• Designing and sharing report formats suitable for the people in the organization on the digital platform.
• To provide end-to-end management of the digital learning platform (LMS).
• Writing a script for micro learning videos in accordance with the company's needs.
• To prepare the annual training plan for site staff.
• To support the preparation of documents in the creation of training content.
• Designing certain training programs and making process analyzes in accordance with the expectations of the company.
• To apply, develop and follow the measurement and evaluation tools used in learning practices.
• Determines the training and development methods that will meet the identified company needs.
• To determine in-house and external training resources.
• To prepare annual training plans for Shell site staff.
• To provide necessary updates and improvements in the learning platform (LMS).
• To ensure that training activities are carried out in accordance with the regional directorates.
• Preparing training packages in accordance with company needs and implementation in the Shell sites.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from relevant universities,
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the learning departments of the Human Resources departments or in training companies,
• Fluent in English,
• Having analytical perspective and problem-solving skills,
• Closely following technology and innovations, open to learning and development,
• Written and verbal communication skills,
• Having knowledge of basic level LMS usage principles,
• Very good command of MS office programs,
• Having a Class B driver's license and actively driving,
• Completed military service for male candidates.
