QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
· Minimum 3 years of related work experience (training), preferably in retail sector,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills,
· Strong analytical thinking skills,
· Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,
· Expert in powerpoint presentation and excel.
· JOB DESCRIPTION
· Devising the training strategy for the brand,
· Planning annual training program,
· Preparing training budget according to plans,
· Keeping training records,
· Managing inhouse trainers trainer pool and ensures inhouse trainers development,
· Managing monthly oriantetion and presentations.
