We are looking for a “Training Technologies Executive” who will be a member of our Trainig and Development Team.

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies,
Minimum 6-7 years in similar positions,
Strong communicator, solution oriented,
Has advanced planning ability and analytical point of view,
Open to innovations and creative,
Ability to be agile and flexible,
Has a very good command of English,
Proficiency in LMS, Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Premier Pro, MS Office programs
WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?
Managing E-learning portal, LMS and integration management,
Establishing and following up e-learning strategies,
Ensuring the production of digital learning tools,
Researching and commissioning new educational technologies,
Working with third party learning technology vendors and partners to manage and enhance the use of systems
Establishing and implementing the e-learning training portal communication plan,
Preparation of all reports related to training processes
Working directly with cross-functional system owners in IT, human resources, and other parts of the organization to create and maintain integration points for full system functionality
