  • Graduates from related departments of universities
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service Quality Department
  • Advanced knowledge of English/German
  • Have the competence to train teams in English
  • Authorized in analysis, problem solving and reporting
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Able to use MS Office programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Listening to the English or German conversations of the Customer Representatives team and the complaint line, and making written controls and evaluations according to the determined quality measurement standards.
  • Giving feedback to team managers and customer representatives about development areas
  • To control the processes according to the determined KPI reports and to make regular reports on the quality measurement results.
  • Conducting quality assessments according to Quality Score guidelines
  • Listening, coaching, calibration etc. determined by the manager. make regular reports by achieving the targets
  • Making complaint analyzes and presenting necessary improvement suggestions
  • Analyzing the missing issues, creating training plans and content accordingly, and providing trainings to the Customer Service team
