- Graduates from related departments of universities
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service Quality Department
- Advanced knowledge of English/German
- Have the competence to train teams in English
- Authorized in analysis, problem solving and reporting
- Have effective communication skills
- Able to use MS Office programs
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Listening to the English or German conversations of the Customer Representatives team and the complaint line, and making written controls and evaluations according to the determined quality measurement standards.
- Giving feedback to team managers and customer representatives about development areas
- To control the processes according to the determined KPI reports and to make regular reports on the quality measurement results.
- Conducting quality assessments according to Quality Score guidelines
- Listening, coaching, calibration etc. determined by the manager. make regular reports by achieving the targets
- Making complaint analyzes and presenting necessary improvement suggestions
- Analyzing the missing issues, creating training plans and content accordingly, and providing trainings to the Customer Service team
