QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TECNO Mobile is looking for Training Specialist as follows :
Main Responsibilities :
- Provide trainings to new and existing employees within the framework of the training plan,
- Design and plan the training and orientation program,
- Prepare and update training presentations,
- Create educational contents and to improve existing trainings,
- Follow all operational processes related to training activities,
- Make reports for the education measurement and evaluation system,
- Determine educational needs and to design new trainings,
- Follow e-learning processes,
- Carry out training processes with Outsource companies,
Requirements:
- University degree is a must
- Fluency in English
- At least 02 years of proven working experience in preparing, training and monitoring educational content in the field of education,
- Ability to use training platforms and to measure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, writing, analytical and time management skills
- Prone to teamwork and and highly motivated
- Positive attitude, detail and goal oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Able to relocate when necessary (no traveling restrictions)
- Completed military service for male candidates
