QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE:
We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our team and support all Human Resources functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management, implementing company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (training, recruitment, payroll),
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies,
- Implement training and development plans,
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions,
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status,
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records,
- Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly,
- Follow end to end recruitment process with line managers of the organization,
- Ensure HR activities meet with and integrate within organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety and legal constraints,
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization,
- Support HR Manager on budget by department,
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner,
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field,
- Proven work experience as a HR Professional (min 3 years)
- Hands-on experiences with HR Softwares (Netsis, KariyerNet, LinkedIn, Success Factors)
- Having a good command of the Labor Law 4857 and implementing the labor legislation
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem solving and attention to detail,
- Result-oriented and analytical thinking,
- Excellent communication skills,
