QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Taking necessary actions in order to disseminate HR processes and policies and ensuring their applicability within the company,
  • Carrying out and guiding HR processes such as recruitment, performance, talent management, organizational development, training etc. in cooperation with the department managers they are responsible for,
  • Taking a role in competency and potential evaluation processes within the scope of talent management,
  • Mentoring executives in goal setting and evaluation processes within the scope of performance management,
  • Determining and executing actions that will ensure the development and strengthening of the performance and feedback culture,
  • Contributing to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies,
  • Training to collegues in internal process,
  • Hands on management of end to end recruitment processes,
  • Understanding how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business,
  • Understanding expectations and demonstrates personnel accountability for keeping performance on track.


General Qualifications

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • Min. 8 years of experience in the area of Human Resources,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills,
  • Dynamic and result-oriented,
  • Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
  • Experienced in SAP HR System, Wrike, Run HR,
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Well knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules,
  • Experinced in Performance Management System.
