Carrying out and guiding HR processes such as recruitment, performance, talent management, organizational development, training etc. in cooperation with the department managers they are responsible for,
Taking a role in competency and potential evaluation processes within the scope of talent management,
Mentoring executives in goal setting and evaluation processes within the scope of performance management,
Determining and executing actions that will ensure the development and strengthening of the performance and feedback culture,
Contributing to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies,
Training to collegues in internal process,
Hands on management of end to end recruitment processes,
Understanding how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business,
Understanding expectations and demonstrates personnel accountability for keeping performance on track.
General Qualifications
Graduated from related departments of universities,
Min. 8 years of experience in the area of Human Resources,
Fluent in written and spoken English,
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills,
Dynamic and result-oriented,
Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
Experienced in SAP HR System, Wrike, Run HR,
Developed written and verbal communication skills,
