RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being a trusted advisor for teams; serving as the first point of contact for teams for all HR matters,
- Managing employee life cycle focusing on employee experience; designing & executing core HR processes: talent attraction, recruitment, recognition and rewards, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, and people programs,
- Assessing organizational needs and executing on talent management strategies to support team’s growth,
- Supporting managers in handling conversations like performance and career growth,
- Reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate,
- Guiding management and employees to create an engaging, high morale and productive work environment especially when working remote.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in HR; especially in recruitment and/or compensation and employee relations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
- Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude,
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action,
- Bachelor Degree and excellent English skills.
