RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Being a trusted advisor for teams; serving as the first point of contact for teams for all HR matters,
  • Managing employee life cycle focusing on employee experience; designing & executing core HR processes: talent attraction, recruitment, recognition and rewards, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, and people programs,
  • Assessing organizational needs and executing on talent management strategies to support team’s growth,
  • Supporting managers in handling conversations like performance and career growth,
  • Reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate,
  • Guiding management and employees to create an engaging, high morale and productive work environment especially when working remote.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in HR; especially in recruitment and/or compensation and employee relations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
  • Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude,
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action,
  • Bachelor Degree and excellent English skills.
