Job Description

  • Participate in the formulation of the strategic direction of each department, formulate the human resources strategic plan and specific goals based on the company-wide strategic plan, and ensure the achievement of the human resources strategic plan,
  • Human resource system construction, from 0 to 1 to build a local human resource system, including but not limited to recruitment, salary, performance, employee relations, etc.
  • Complete the establishment of internal human resources personnel, set up a local human resources team, and ensure the operation of various processes and systems,
  • Managing payroll and wage processes by the Labor Law,
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits management & personnel costs and budget management,
  • Managing recruitment and placement processes,
  • Creating and managing Performance Evaluation processes,
  • To design and operate training and organizational development processes,
  • To organize Procedures and job descriptions,
  • To follow the necessary measures regarding occupational health and safety issues.

Qualifications

  • Preferably MBA/ Bachelor's degree,
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Manager positions, preferably in the Smartphone industry or related sectors,
  • Fluent in English(Both verbal and written),
  • Good command of Labor Law and current legislations,
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies,
  • Experienced in Recruitment, Training, Organizational Structure, Performance Management, etc.
  • Have experience with incentives and on-the-job training programs,
  • Will be able to carry out legal processes with official institutions and organizations without any problems,
  • Experienced in ensuring the systematic progress of legal processes in the field of personnel and payroll,
  • Good level of MS Office,
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
