Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 4 years experience in learning & development within a global organization,
  • Experience in various HR functions (e.g., development, performance management and employee engagement),
  • Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills,
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Willing to work cooperatively as a team member,
  • Self-disciplined and motivated,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Active driver with no travel restriction


Job Description:


  • Conducting a global training programme internally by interacting with all levels of employees, including blue collar team members through executive leadership, in line with company goals,
  • Facilitating, planning, scheduling, and organizing training modules,
  • Preparing/updating, announcing and keeping track of all kind of related reports both local and global process owners,
  • Preparing/updating all kind of training materials,
  • Being in contact with third parties for collaborative and supportive issues,
  • Defining local learning & development strategy and policies within the overall DSC context,
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees,
  • Conducting performance evaluation processes and reporting,
  • Managing the developing career management process,
  • Being responsible with D&I agenda,
  • Supporting employee engagement activities.
