QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVE

Initiates and manages activities such as performance management systems, employee engagement survey, training needs analysis, researching the right tools and methods, and designing development programs in order to contribute to the achievement of employees’ personal and professional goals.

REQUIREMENTS

· University Graduate

· Fluent English (written and verbal)

· At least 4 years Learning & Development function experience

· High communication and ability to adapt to the environment

· Strong detail and result oriented, with planning skills

· Advanced problem-solving skills

· Being a Good Team player

· Able to Use MS Office, preferably SAP and Success Factor Modules

· Multifunctionality

· Open to Travel

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

* To design and implement training and development programs and plans within the sphere of responsibility to ensure the development of employees in line with the business goal.

* To lead training needs analysis in parallel with company priorities

* To follow up the use of the annual training plan in accordance with the training budget

* Identifying and reporting training measures, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements

* Creating Competency and Training Maps

* Training Supplier management

* Taking moderator role and Internal trainer in development activities

* Conducting Performance Cycle (HPC/OPC) process within the framework of BRF Global procedure and calendar, following up with periodical reports and feed up HR Business Partners periodicaly
