We are looking for a ''Human Resources Business Partner'' for our global client.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR strategic support
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate,
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies,
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, ensure compliance,
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning,
- Ensure the desired company culture and employee experience,
- Support the management on any legal matter related to employees and provides advice with provisions of the Labor Law and HR processes,
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs,
- Ensure/support the performance management processes within the company,
- Manage and track salary and bonus calculations/processes for the employees.
Recruitment- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screenings, interviews, involved in recruitment decisions, selection and hiring candidates,
- Create, lead and track induction process for newcomers, collect feedback,
- Create and update job descriptions.
HR admin & compliance- Prepare and update all employee documents eg. employment and leaving contracts, agreements, terminations, notifications, certificates, referrals for research, etc.
- Keep Oracle HR database up-to-date,
- Prepare HR reports, statistics and budgeting,
- Manage and track all data protection tasks/eventual events,
- Create, review and regularly update all HR policies, internal rules and procedures and business conduct guidelines and follow up their signing policy with employees.
EXPECTATIONS
- Bachelor’s/University degree in preferably HR or Business,
- Excellent communication skills in English,
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position in companies with a production and commercial profile,
- Strong knowledge of the Labour Law and HR admin processes,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- High level of attention to detail, independence,
- Proactive and engaged, positive attitude.
