Responsibilities
- Working with third party and business line managers to understand the business needs,
- Being responsible for the execution of end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as budget, reporting, HR analytics, compensation & benefits, terminations, employee relations management related issues, etc,
- Taking an active role in the HR process of in the retail industry,
- Taking part in development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects, (Recruitment, On boarding, Development, Retention, and Exit)
- Taking support role on workforce planning and budgeting,
- Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets,
- Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes,
- To work with department managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
- Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department,
- Build strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment,
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Relations & Labor Economics or closely related field,
- Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills,Strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinking, analyzing, and reporting capability,
- Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business,
- Advanced planning and organizing ability,
- Minimum 5 years of active experience in Human Resources,
