QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, training & development, career management and organizational development functions,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Having planning and organizational skills,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Will be able to reside in İstanbul Anatolian Side,
  • Having experience in SAP HR modules


Job Description

  • Executing recruitment cycle of the relevant departments from A to Z
  • Being involved to Performance Management System
  • Planning, coordination and execution of training and development activities in line with the annual training plan,
  • Measuring, evaluating and reporting the impact of training and development activities,
  • Monitoring and conducting the employee processes under their responsibility (appointment, promotion, rotation, leaving the job, etc.),
  • Carrying out activities that improve employee loyalty and employee satisfaction,
  • Taking part in HR digital transformation projects,
  • Preparing and developing weekly, monthly and annual reports when required.
