GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources department, preferably in a global company,
- Having advanced level of English language,
- Having advanced level of MS Office programs and Visio application,
- Having good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law,
- Having advanced HR reporting skills, practical planning and organizational skills,
- Ability to think analytically and work solution-oriented,
- Strong communication and good teamworking skills,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- No military obligation for military candidates.
Job Description:
- Being responsible for all HR operations; on-boarding, exit, employee experience, organizational development, training, career management processes,
- Recruiting and coordinating interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring,
- Following up on hiring decisions,
- Coordinating the organizational development of policies and procedures for all departments,
- Preparing and updating organizational charts, job descriptions, business process flows,
- Analyzing the training needs and preparing annual trainings with employee needs and company policies, coordinating the budget of the trainings.
