Qualifications:
- University graduate from related departments i.e. Economy, BA, Labor Economy and Industrial Relations,
- Min. 2 years of total experience in HR functions of manufacturing companies,
- Experience in Social Security, Ministry of Labor, Unemployment Agency relations and processes,
- Competency in planning, time management, data analysis,
- Strong in people relations and communication,
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint, Excel,
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment,
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Job Description:
- Performing recruitment process for white/blue collars employees in line,
- Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, engagement and discipline prosses,
- Preparing the required reports related to HR topics,
- Provide support and guidance to operations and functions about HR processes,
- Supporting employee relations and internal communication process.
