How would you like to take a long journey with us in the Talent Acquisition department for TELUS International, a global Customer Service Management Company?

Now we are looking for a teammate who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team in İstanbul;


Responsibilities:

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment of our projects we carry out on behalf of global brands within a high volume, fast paced environment;
  • Arranges telephone, video or technical interviews;
  • Manages the candidates' orientation process;
  • Maintains a candidate database and prepare various reports on a regular basis;
  • Communicates with the team to identify future job openings, forecast hiring needs and the requirements for those jobs;
  • Provides the candidates with the best experience during hiring process and supports the candidate consideration process at all stages


Skills and Experience required:

  • Proficiency in English; both written & verbal;
  • Desire for a career and Proven experience in recruitment field;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment;
  • Pays attention to details and analytical;
  • Responsibility, self-organization, stress resistance;
  • Attaches importance to information security.
