Turkeyana was established in 2012 in Istanbul-Turkey, and it is engaged strongly in Hair Transplant, Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Dentistry. Aiming for Excellency, we took our first steps by choose the best hospitals to work with; which are equipped with the latest medical technologies alongside with the best-experienced medical team and doctors.
Turkeyana Clinic is looking for IT Recruiter ( Remote ) who will join young, dynamic and international team of Turkeyana Clinic in Istanbul.
General Qualifications:
- Graduates of the relevant departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Recruitment,
- Preferably advanced knowledge of English,
- Preferably with IT or Consultancy Recruitment experience,
- Good communication competence with different cultures and levels,
- Following current studies in Human Resources applications and apply them,
- High research, planning and organizing skills,
- Prone to teamwork.
Job Description:
- To ensure that open positions are closed within the targeted periods,
- To use candidate channels effectively, to create candidate pool by developing alternative channels,
- To complete the reference check and job offer process for the selected candidates,
- To report on recruitment processes and to carry out the follow-up of positions effectively,
- To prepare the employment contracts of the new personnel, to monitor the orientation processes,
- To prepare periodic reports, announcements, and papers about human resources,
- To support the execution of legal proceedings in and out of work
