Amadeus IT Services Turkey is the market leader in Airline Loyalty & CRM solutions and we’re looking for a candidate as Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist based in İstanbul Yeşilköy Office.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments
  • 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle preferably in international companies or reputable headhunting firms
  • Knowledge of recruitment employment laws, practices and policies
  • Experience in IT recruitment is plus
  • Excellent  command of written and spoken English
  • Experience in delivering HR services to internal/external clients
  • Experience in Graduate Program execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change
  • Subject matter expertise in recruitment through social media channels


İŞ TANIMI

  • Managing the candidate experience and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Engaging with candidates to ensure they are progressed efficiently
  • Working with Talent Lead to develop effective sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
  • Collating market research and providing insight to the business on talent pool sizing, competitor movements and Amadeus Employee Value Proposition
  • Following up agency relations and internal controls processes
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers and HRBPs
  • You will directly work with Talent Lead to implement a number of initiatives that support and develop our sourcing capability, candidate experience and Graduate Program.
  • Ensure one Amadeus face to the market and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to Talent Lead
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports
