QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • At least 6 years of experience in the Human Resources recruitment function,
  • Preferably with experience in Strategic HR Business Partnership, Talent Management or Career Management processes,
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs,
  • Have strong negotiation, communication and teamwork skills,
  • Good command of English.
  • Preferably experience in retail sector. (HQ roles.)

Job Description

  • Selection of candidates for positions requested by business units and being responsible for the entire recruitment process,
  • From the perspective of Strategic HR Business Partnership, performance, promotion, training, succession plans, exit interviews etc. support processes such as,
  • Identifying the points needed to improve the candidate and employee experience and supporting related projects,
  • Meeting with the employees periodically and conducting one-on-one meetings,
  • Taking an active role in all processes related to the recruitment and orientation process,
  • Following up all other operations required for recruitment, making related reports,
  • Supporting all projects within the scope of talent and career management.
  • Developing relationships with third parties (consulting companies, employment agencies etc.).
