We are one of the AGRANA Fruit Companies, producing and marketing fruit preparations for dairy, ice cream, bakery and food service sectors. We are looking for a team member for our Head Office in Esentepe-Şişli/İstanbul with qualifications as below:

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferably from, Administrative Sciences ,Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering ,Business Administration or other related fields,

· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, payroll, onboarding, performance, talent, career management)

· Fluency in English

· Good command of MS Office Applications, LOGO and Workday.

· Business minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR related matters of his/her account

· Quality and achievement orientation, analytical thinking, communication and persuasion skills,

· Preferably being experienced in production companies / sectors,

· In-depth knowledge of labor law

· Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments,

· Competency in coordination and organization issues,

· Thinking broadly about business,

· Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

· Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

· Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

· Building collaboration,

· Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

· Ability to challenge situations, understand stakes and complexity

· Possess and demonstrate excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, and communication in a group environment

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak interpersonally with diverse individuals, report to management and meet with vendors

· The experience to work in multinational/multicultural environment

· Collaborative mindset attitude

Job Description

· Coordinate the global strategic planning process of HR Analytics and ensure the strategic focuses and priorities to be cascaded throughout the local organization effectively and creating strong coordination with the Group

· Leading initiatives that benefit the business through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity,

· Responsible for all functions of the human resources management including recruitment, training & development, talent management, internship programs, employer branding, onboarding, social activities, off-boarding, surveys etc.

· Will participate in the organizational development projects.

· Management and reporting of HR data- metrics, documentation, and business services according to requirements, central group guidance, and legal compliance.

· Making regular global reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, tracking HR KPIs.

· Monthly salary payments and payroll transactions over LOGO program.

· To make sure that the probation period evaluations and exit processes to be carried out in accordance with the country's legislation and company's principles,

· Managing feedback, warning, notice processes in accordance with the company's values, principles and labor laws,

· To make sure that all the performance evaluation and survey processes are carried out, reported and the necessary actions are taken,

· Energetic, proactive, and able to build effective collaboration with all levels of the organization,

· The experience to work in multinational/multicultural environment

· Implementing people strategies and solutions that support business specific objectives
