QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Human Resources Manager” for our consultancy project.
- Being responsible for all HR activities and operations
- Develop solid understanding of the company’s organizational structure, values and culture
- Liaise with external partners, like payroll providers, insurance vendors and ensure local compliance
- Ensure People and Talent policies are in tip-top shape to support the business through its growth
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders and being a support for all people queries
- Champion new people initiatives in your client group and influencing positive change
- Be responsible talent acquisition activities
- Reviewing and pre-screening direct applications
- Managing the job adverts
- Recruiting in a fast-paced internal environment
- Managing a diverse set of roles - end to end recruitment
- Contribute to the overall growth of talent at Ozan TR
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Min. 7-8 years of HR Supervisory and Technology Talent Acquisition experience (Java, Backend, Frontend, Mobile Developer etc.)
- Experience of working in a technology business- preferably start-up environment
- You're a self-starter with a can-do attitude, with a strong track record of working in a fast-paced high growth environment
- Able to work both operationally and strategically within People and Talent function
- In-depth understanding and experience of employment law and employee relations best practice
- Collaborative and team player
- Driven, results-oriented, ambitious, never settle attitude and always looking to challenge the status quo
- Experienced in all aspects of employee lifecycle
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
