QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an “HR Manager” for our client located in Silivri and operating in "manufacturing sector" with the qualifications below;
Qualifications;
- 5 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HR development processes : training, performance, appraisals, people reviews.
- Technical and legal knowledge of payroll, working time and compensation and benefits policy
- Ability to analyse, manipulate and present data
- Autonomy, initiative, curious and creative
- Able to challenge positively and to have impact
- Written communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity, empathy, exemplarity
- Having no obstacle to travel when necessary
Job Description;
- Effective management of employee relations issues (disciplinaries, grievances, employee litigation, redundancy, staff terminations)
- Ensuring the animation of payroll, work organization, working time, absences
- Ensuring compliance of human resource policies and procedures and providing training to Managers as necessary
- Support the management team in HR processes: salary reviews, recruitment (selection, ensure sourcing to meet business needs, employment contracts), new starters, training and development, appraisal process, people reviews and internal communication
- Support the business in terms of competencies, organization and change management
- Provide detailed HR reports to the management
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and provide updates to the Management Team and update company policies and procedures as necessary
- Manage the unions
