Erciyas Celik Boru is one of the leading pipe manufacturers in Turkey with a total capacity of 600.000 MT per annum under the emblem of Erciyas Holding.

Erciyas Çelik Boru is producing oil, natural gas, water, and Marine port pile pipes since 1990. Our company takes its place among the leading companies in the sector with its innovative structure and environmentalist approach.

We are looking for a 'Human Resources Manager' who will play a key role in the company's Human Resources Process to be appointed at our Headquarters in Ataşehir, Istanbul.


What do we expect from our new colleague?

  • Driving executing HR policies and procedures,
  • Working closely with business teams to support organizational growth with HR interventions,
  • Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential matters,
  • Ability to remotely conduct responsibilities and coach all team members on work culture and policies,
  • In charge of all HR key processes in coordination with Holding HR (Budget, Salary Review, Performance Management, recruitment, talent, learning& training, training management, and compensation & benefits),
  • Having the experience to manage plan norm staff and career planning,
  • Ensure the conduct of work related to occupational health and safety, to manage and control the quality and accord processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, master’s degree in HR is an asset.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, including 5 years in managerial positions,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English,
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Solid problem solving and business acumen skills,
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, employee satisfaction,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills,
  • Able to travel frequently, especially to Düzce and Mersin plants.
  • No military obstacle for male candidates.
