QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an OEM manufacturer of components to the Automotive Industry, for our plant in Şekerpınar-Çayırova, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager, to join our current HR team. HR Manager will report locally to our GM in Turkey and our Global Head of HR with HQ in Spain.
Job Description
As Human Resources Manager,she/he will be responsible from:

Union Relations & Collective Labour Agreement Process
Adjusting workforce according to the projects
Compensation Benefits & Payroll Process,
Recruitment & On Boarding,
Training & Development,
Disciplinary & Compliance,
Performance & Talent Management,
Manpower Planing & HR Budget,
Periodic Reports & KPI's,
Administration & HSE Process,

Applicant's profile:

BA Degree in Law , Labour economy & industrial relations or Business Administration.

Master degree in HR.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources is required. At least 5 in a similar position ""Head of HR, HR Manager, HR Director" .

Candidates experienced in production plants preferably with experiences in metal or automotive sector and at least with 200 employees.

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, teamwork approach will be among important criteria.

Fluency in English is a must
