QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company, a global automotive company is seeking to hire a “Human Resources Manager (Head of HR)” to be based in Kocaeli.
We are looking for candidates who have the qualifications below:
· University degree or above in social sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering faculties.
· MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferable.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in HR functions in a manufacturing organization
· Excellent command of English both speaking and writing.
· Sound knowledge in Turkish Labor Law and Social Security legislations
· Competency in MS Office Programs
· Strong leadership, planning and organizing, problem solving and pursuing excellence, ensuring results, communication and efficient team working skills.
· Residing in Kocaeli or willing to relocate.

İŞ TANIMI

· Directing, developing and controlling all HR activities; such as recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations and communications, compensation and benefits, payroll management, performance management, career planning and talent management.
· Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions and support the company organization and strategy to achieve the best results in terms of corporate targets through developing the best human capital
· Setting up HR systems and processes with the correct methodology for the roles stated above.
· Managing the recruitment and selection processes of the company effectively and providing right solutions on time in terms of humans resources needs of the business functions of the company
· Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs
· Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws.
· Sustaining employee engagement by employee opinion awareness and create internal communication opportunities to build cross relations.
· Creating competitive compensation and benefits policies through providing a job grading structure based on the positions evaluations.
· Leading, directing and supporting payroll, administrative and health and safety operations of the company
· Managing the union-employer relationship in accordance with the collective agreement necessities
