Competency Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Functions like recruitment, training & development, performance management & C&B,

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

  • Effective communication, negotiation & presentation skills,

  • Team player, with strong planning and organizational skills,

  • Have an analytical and proactive approach,

  • Result & Solution oriented,

  • Knowledge of Labour Law and Social Security regulations,

  • No military service obligation for male candidates.

Job description:

  • Lead & participate in HR activities such as performance management, organisational design and recruitment,

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and induction of all new hires. Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment,

  • Participate the preparation and updating policies, procedures and standards,

  • Organize, follow up & report the yearly training plans,

  • Responsible for Performance Management,

  • Execute all operational C&B activities,

  • Support retention plans and employee engagement and employer branding activities,

  • Generate all periodical & adhoc HR related reports

  • Support all other HR related projects.
