Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related area from a top university,
Excellent English proficiency,
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes like recruitment, training & development, performance management (preferably experience in a technology company),
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once,
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
Ability to take ownership and build strong, productive relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Enthusiastic for change management.
Job Description:
Be responsible for all HR processes within respective departments (Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, Employee Engagement, etc.),
Provide operational and strategic HR support,
Developing creative and innovative proposals,
Provide knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees.
Supporting the HR Director in other business processes.
