QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related area from a top university,
- Excellent English proficiency,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes like recruitment, training & development, performance management (preferably experience in a technology company),
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once,
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to take ownership and build strong, productive relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Enthusiastic for change management.
Job Description:
- Be responsible for all HR processes within respective departments (Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, Employee Engagement, etc.),
- Provide operational and strategic HR support,
- Developing creative and innovative proposals,
- Provide knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees.
- Supporting the HR Director in other business processes.
