QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related area from a top university,
  • Excellent English proficiency,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes like recruitment, training & development, performance management (preferably experience in a technology company),
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once,
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to take ownership and build strong, productive relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Enthusiastic for change management.

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for all HR processes within respective departments (Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, Employee Engagement, etc.),
  • Provide operational and strategic HR support,
  • Developing creative and innovative proposals,
  • Provide knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees.
  • Supporting the HR Director in other business processes.
