QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YKK was established in Japan in 1934 and now operates in 72 countries. YKK Turkey is the largest organizational structure of the EMEA region which produces textile accessories such as zipper, button and etc. There are five offices under the umbrella of YKK Turkey which are Istanbul, Çerkezköy (Factory), İzmir Branch, Kazakhstan Rep. Office, Bulgaria Rep. Office.

We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Specialist to join us in our Maslak Office to oversee all human resources operations such as recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations ensuring they’re aligned with the company’s business goals.


WHAT IT TAKES

  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in related fields,
  • 4+ years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist role,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Knowledge and experience in compensation, full recruitment lifecycle, organizational planning, employee engagement, learning & development, assessment center, etc.
  • Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness,
  • Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,
  • Knowledge of labor law and practices of Turkey,
  • Must have completed the military service for male candidates,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,


YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF

  • Being responsible for all operations in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement activities, etc.
  • Developing strong relations between the company and employees,
  • Working effectively within the department & across departments and understanding requirements and improving suggestions,
  • Building a strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain positive employee relations and working environment,
  • Coaching department managers in the application of HR programs, facilitating HR-related training, and employee engagement activities,
  • Driving company culture through company values, internal policies & procedures with Department Managers,
  • Implementing, integrating and developing learning and development programs,
  • Conducting performance evaluation processes and reporting,
  • Managing career management process of the company,
  • Managing Employee Engagement Survey for the whole organization,
  • Assisting and leading when needed various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Being responsible for all compensation processes,
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied,
  • Carrying out the assessment center applications,
  • Preparing for internal & external audits,
  • Being responsible for social compliance issues.
